Who can volunteer?
Parents, we cannot do this without YOUR help. We need EVERYONE to participate this weekend! We need help Friday, Oct. 4 (5pm until 9:30pm) & Saturday Oct 5 (6am until 6pm). Get Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and friends involved. We welcome help from all over! We love to see RCS alumni pitching in too – this is a great way to earn NHS volunteer hours! Everyone has a great time on the assembly line renewing acquaintances, peeling, coring, slicing, inspecting, filling, boxing, bagging, hauling, and cleaning.

How can I order?
Pies can be ordered by returning this Order Form to the school office, calling us, or online at www.rcsonlinepayments.com
Are there any other ways that I can help?
Yes!
We need help with cutting the Baking Instructions – bonus, this can be done from your home in the weeks leading up to the sale!
35+ bus bins need to be washed in our school dishwasher before the sale. This is a 3-4 hour commitment.
Are you available and willing during the day on Friday, October 4 to help with set-up, pickup supplies, and wash dishes?
Our volunteers get hungry and thirsty while whey are working. If you’d like to donate bottled water, soda, or snacks we’d love that!
