Enrollment Process for Private Paying Families

STEP 1

Explore our campus. If you haven't had the chance to visit our beautiful facilities yet, we encourage you to experience our vibrant community through open houses, sports events or by scheduling
a tour.

STEP 2

Determine your financial plan. Many of our families choose the option to private pay which also includes tuition assistance thru the TRIP Program & various scholarships. While more than 75% of our families take advantage of the Racine Parental Choice Program
(RPCP)

STEP 3

Private Paying Families will be required to complete the enrollment packet by obtaining the necessary enrollment forms during a
personal tour, or by contacting our Admissions
Office. Racine Parental Choice Families see the link below to access the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction to start
the enrollment process.

Tuition and Financial Aid  

• We make every effort to keep tuition at an affordable level. We are blessed with excellent stewards of the school’s resources, including those who manage the RCS Endowment Fund, which assists parents each year with a sizable payout that goes directly towards offsetting tuition for all families. We understand that Christian education is a financial sacrifice for every family, and we are committed to doing everything that we can to help those who make the decision to entrust us with the education of their children.
•  Our tuition is very competitive with other private schools in the area. Additional scholarships are available on an as needed basis. Flexible payment plans and financial aid through FACTS Grant and Aid are offered as well. 
• RCS has a great program called TRIP to help you keep the cost of your tuition down. By purchasing gift cards for the places where you purchase groceries, gas, and clothing, among other things, you are able to get a percentage back toward your child’s tuition.

School Choice Families

Wisconsin Parental Choice Program

RCS participates in the Private School Choice Program. Parents who are eligible for this program may qualify for fully funded tuition at RCS for students in grades 4K-8th grade!
