We are filled with gratitude and excitement as we welcome several outstanding new staff members to the Racine Christian School family and celebrate the promotion of exceptional team members into new roles!

God has faithfully brought together a group of talented, passionate educators and leaders who are committed to Christ-centered education and to helping our students grow academically, spiritually, and personally. We are confident that each of them has been called to serve at RCS for such a time as this.

CAYLA CZOSNEK - School Secretary 

We are excited to welcome Cayla to this important role at Racine Christian School! As an RCS alumna and proud parent of two current students (with a future Bobcat at home), Cayla truly embodies what it means to be “RCS through and through.”

Cayla has served as our cheerleading coach and assisted with the track team, and her previous office experience, along with her upbeat, organized, and dependable personality, make her a wonderful fit as the welcoming face of our school.

Chris Fabio - Junior High English

We are excited to welcome our new Junior High English Teacher to the RCS family! With 14 years of teaching experience, a Master’s Degree, and a heart for Christian education, she brings both knowledge and compassion to the classroom.

Her faith in Jesus Christ is at the center of her teaching, and she is passionate about helping students grow academically while strengthening their relationship with God through kindness, grace, and encouragement.

Jessica Greatens - Junior High Teacher’s Aide -AM

We are excited to welcome Jessica to the Racine Christian School family! Jessica brings years of experience in both public and Christian education, including teaching students with learning disabilities, 5th and 6th grade English Language Arts, and supporting middle school Math and English.

Her strong middle school background, professionalism, and passion for Christian education make her a wonderful addition to our team. We are excited for the knowledge, care, and encouragement she will bring to our students. 

Mike Marshall- Athletic Director 

We are excited to welcome Mike Marshall as the new Athletic Director at Racine Christian School! Over the past three years, Mike has faithfully served as our head basketball coach, building a competitive program while fostering teamwork, school pride, and a strong sense of family.

As the father of a recent RCS graduate, Mike is deeply invested in our school community. His leadership, dedication, and passion for developing student-athletes make him an excellent fit to lead our athletic program.
