Kari Farrington - Board Personnel

Where are you originally from?

I was born and raised in Racine. moved back to Racine in 1994.

Tell us a little bit about your family

I have been married to my husband Mike for 31 years this December. He owned his own painting

business for 20 years before he retired several years ago. I have worked at InSinkErator in Supply Chain for almost 25 years.

I have 2 children: Bristol is 26. She currently works for ULINE in Kenosha, and just completed her Master’s Degree at Parkside in August. She lives in Kenosha with her boyfriend of 3 years. Logan will turn 23 in December. He currently lives in Frisco, TX. He is a professional soccer player in the MLS. He was drafted #3 by FC Dallas last December in the MLS Superdraft.

What are your hobbies/interests?

I love spending time with family and friends. I enjoy playing golf on the ISE “retiree” golf league”. I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, working out and obviously watching a lot of soccer.

What is your relationship with RCS?

Both Bristol and Logan went to RCS from kindergarten thru 8th grade. We were blessed to have them attend RCS where they received an excellent Christian education. I have participated in many of the wonderful RCS events and fundraisers. This is the 2nd time that I have been a RCS board member.

What excites you about RCS and your role here?

What excites me most about RCS is how bright the future looks for this school. It has worked hard to continuously move forward to provide an excellent Christian education that gives its students the skills to succeed in life knowing Christ is always by their side. I am blessed to be on the board and be part of the journey God has in store for the school and how, through RCS, He will work in the lives of its students and the surrounding community
