Linda Koetz is in her third year as kindergarten teacher at RCS. With a degree in Early Childhood Education from North Park University, she has taught in many different capacities in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania and South Korea over the past 30 years. Linda has been married to John for 33 years with two sons, Andy and Ben.
Mrs. Kris Noe has taught first grade at Racine Christian School for 32 years. Before Racine Kris taught at both Sheboygan Christian School in Wisconsin and Rock Valley Christian School in Iowa. Kris has two boys, Robert and Jonathan.
Melissa Ramcke graduated from UW-Parkside with a degree in psychology. She has 30 years of experience in early childhood education. She and her husband Brad have been married for 26 years, and they have two daughters who have graduated from RCS.
Mrs. Debbie Wiegers comes to RCS after 23 years in Christian education. She has served in Tinley Park, IL., Delavan, WI., and at RCS as a sub and now a 2nd grade teacher. Mrs. Wiegers is married to Craig and they have 2 girls: Casey and Abby. She loves to serve God through Christian education!
Mrs. Konecny is in her first year at RCS as the third grade teacher. She has 2 years of teaching experience before taking a break to start her family. She and her husband Tyler have two children- Neil (4) and Kira (2). Mrs. K is a graduate of RCS and is thrilled to be back at the school continuing her career in education.
Mr. Frank comes to RCS after 6 years in Christian education. He has served a school in the inner city of Chicago before joining the RCS family last year. Mr. Frank and his wife Christine have one 20-year-old son named Matthew, and two cats, Olivia and Lila.
Dale Large has been teaching at RCS since 1999. Before RCS, Dale taught middle school mathematics in Florida for 6 years. Dale has been coaching a variety of sports and age groups since 1988. He graduated from Calvin College in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education with a minor in Physical Education. He has been married to Susan since 1990. Together they have three children who all attended and graduated from RCS. Katie is age 25, Meaghan age 23 and Alex age 19.
Mrs. Richardson comes to RCS with a long history in Christian education. Graduating from RCS, attending Union Grove Christian High School, and finally receiving her teaching degree from Dordt University. She has a degree in Secondary Ed./History, with a minor in theology. Mrs. Richardson taught at Christian Life High School for eleven years, and was then called home to teach at RCS, and has been teaching here for the last twelve years. She is married to Clint, of 24 years, and has three children: Sawyer 17, Cole 14, and Sofia 13. All three of her children have attended or are currently attending RCS. She loves serving the Lord by teaching about God’s grace and His sovereignty.
Mr. Tim Bratt begins his thirty first year of teaching at Racine Christian School. He and his wife Carol have two grown children, Karl and Nolan. They enjoy spending time with their first grand daughter Lily.
Mr. Van Swol has been involved in Christian education since 1976. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Dordt University, and a Master’s degree in administrative leadership from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He has served as both a teacher and administrator during his lengthy career, and is currently teaching art at RCS.
Mr. Van Swol is married and the father of two children, and the grandfather of five. He enjoys music, art, and drama as well as cheering on the Packers, Badgers, and Chicago Cubs. His favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 40:31, ” But those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary,, they shall walk and not faint.”
Mrs. Tiane Gee is enjoying her third year as the school librarian. For over 25 years she has been working with children in various capacities through church and more recently, the YMCA. Tiane and her husband, Mike, have 6 children (5 RCS grads, and a future grad) and two beautiful grandchildren.
Christina Webster is in her second year of working full-time as Office Manager at RCS. After being a stay at home mom for many years, she now enjoys her time at the school. Christina and her husband David have 4 children: Paige, Elise, Mira, and Simon.
After being a stay-at-home mom until her youngest was in school, Cindi was the RCS librarian for many years, then graduated with her degree and spent the last 17 years as a sign language interpreter in the public school system. She and her husband, Karl have been married for 39 years and have five grown sons and nine grandchildren. They are a generational RCS family and feel so blessed that her grandchildren now attend.
Mrs. Dawn Perez has taught at Racine Christian for 13 years. She has taught in Coral Gables, Hialeah, and Miami, Florida, and Prinsburg, Minnesota over the last 40 years. She has been married to Henry for 36 years and has three sons, Andrew, Aaron and Adam.
I was born in Los Angeles, CA but proudly raised in Kenosha and Racine, Wisconsin. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin- Parkside and have been teaching for three years (going into fourth). I have three dogs Mia, Henry and Benji and am engaged to my high school sweetheart. My pastimes are biking, swimming, canoeing and traveling. I love being part of the Racine Christian School family and look forward to continue working with all of the students.
Mrs. Van Ee serves as PE teacher at RCS. As a child she attended Randolph Christian School. Racine Christian School was known as “the other RCS,” until this school year. Her family and she have been residing in the Kenosha/Racine area for the past 6 years. Before that, they lived on a tiny island named Saipan where she taught 5th grade. When the weather’s nice, her family likes to spend time outside, either at parks or at Lake Michigan. When the weather is too cold or rainy, you can find her knitting hats and sweaters. She is looking forward to getting to know more of the RCS family.
